An eating experience that doesn’t require deep pockets!
It’s time to try the bespoke BOVINE Menu at La Brasserie (which of course sits alongside the existing bistro menu). Upon taking your table you will be handed a ‘beef bible’ which gives the low-down on what makes a good steak and offers you an extensive selection of beef cuts, for which Oliver Dunne has sourced the very finest pieces of meat from the most flavourful rare breeds of cattle.
The ‘beef bible’ has detailed notes on breeds, types of cuts, ageing, marbling, cooking temperatures and tasting guidelines. Following that, there are pages of steaks to choose from, including a Grade 9 Wagyu Steak – the best available outside of Japan (offered at such a reasonable cost you cannot afford to miss it).
To accompany your choice of steak, you can select from over a dozen sauces and butters, as well as an extensive list of side dishes. Diners are urged to book in advance if intending to order in large quantities.
